Before entering Sarasota real estate, Jim spent more than two decades in education, coaching, wellness, and business leadership. His background as an educator, sports coach, licensed massage therapist, and startup executive helped shape the communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills that now serve his real estate clients every day.
